Apko aajka Title padhkar thoda ajeeb laga hoga ki aise kaunsi 6 anokhe cheeze hai jo hoti hai hamare sone ke Baad ?????? 
Wakai mein thoda hairaan kar dene wala question hai but Believe me This Happens to most of us.
Chaliye jaante hai q aur kaise ?
1SLEEP TALKING (नींद  में  बढ़बढ़ाना)    
         
  

Aap sabne Sleep talking k baare mein kabhi na kabhi sunna hoga ya shayad observe bhi kiya ho so friends sleep talking asal mein Somniloquy namak ek psychological Disorder Hai Jo itna khatarnak  to nhi hai but Is Disorder se Gujarne ka kaaran Jyada seriouness, Theek se neend naa ho paana aur health problem ho sakti hai.  
Ye Disorder (Sleep Talking) zyadatar chote baccho me dekhe jaate hai.


What to do-







1:-  First Consult to Doctor.
2:-  Try to complete sleep.
3:-  Manage stress.


2SLEEP WALKING ( नींद में चलना )
Friends sleep walking Disorder me person Neend me khud b khud uthkar chalne lagta hai means us person ko iski khud koi jankari nahi hoti even if koi person aisi koi Disorder se gujar raha hai ye wakai mein kafhi khatarnaak aur ghatak hai.
Usually ye tab hota hai jab koi person neend me gahere charan se Halke charan me jaa raha hai
Sleep walker ko asal me us waqt kuch yaad nhi hota aise kuch mamlo me sleep walker baat to kar sakte hai but kuch samaj nhi sakte,
Sleep walking Disorder 4 se 8 saal ke Baccho me jyadatar dekhi jaati hai but Ek survey k mutabik ye Disorder se Adult bhi Gujarte hai.

Medical Conditions-
1:-  Fever
2:-  Restless Leg syndrome
3:-  Hearth rhythm problems
3:-  Night time Ashtama

What to do-
Agar aap ye Disorder se grasit hai to aise kuch tips aajmaye jo aapke liye beneficial Aur is Disorder se aapko koi nuksaan naa pahoche.
Hamesha ground floor pr sone ki koshish kijiye naki first or second floor.
Apne aaspass koi bhi nuksaan dayak cheeze naa rakhe jaise knife ya koi bhi sharp object jisse aapko nuksaan pahoche.
Sone se pehle Bedroom ke sare door lock kijiye. Ho sake to apne bedroom door pr koi alarm ya bell hang kar dijiye.
Get Adequate sleep.
Do regularly meditation.

Sleep Apnea ek gambhir Disorder hai.
Sleep Apnea Disorder ka kaaran Neend me paryapt oxygen ka naa pahoch paana ya oxygen supply kam ho jana. Is a Disorder se grasit log neend me bar bar saansh lete hai ya kuch had tak saikdo baar aur aisa karne ka exact reason Hamare shareer me paryapt oxygen ka naa jaa pana.
Ye Disorder 2 tarah ki hoti hai .
1:- Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).
2:- Central sleep apnea.
Is Disorder se Hamare Heart par kafhi bura asar padh sakta hai.

Depression
Headache
High Blood Pressure
Hearth Failure
Sleep apnea Disorder hamare shareer ko kafhi hadh tak nuksaan pahocha sakta hai aur ye jaanleva bhi hai. ye Disorder kisi bhi age me ho sakta hai.
Risk-
Family History of sleep apnea.
Having a large neck size.
specially in male
overweight
After age of 40 (mostly)
Having large tongue, small jaw Bone.

What to Do-

Avoid Smoking.
Loose Weight.
Avoid Caffeine or Heavy meal.
sleep properly, Regular sleep hour.
Avoid Alcohol.

Iski Disorder ki kafhi scientific theories plus stories bhi hai . waise roz subeh hum khud ko mirror me dekhte hai but agar neend me khud ko dekhana thoda ajeeb bhi hai. .
is Disorder se related kai real stories bhi hai jisme logo ne khud ki aapbiti batai hai ki kaise unhone out of body experience ka anubhav kiya hai. Saal 1958 me Robert Monroe ne pehli baar aise kisi case k bare me sunna aur chakit rahe Gaye wo yakeen hi nhi kar paa rahe the ki aisi disorder bhi kisi insaan ko ho sakti hai. Phir unhone is par research start ki aur is disorder see bahar aane ke solutions bhi nikale.

Recurring Dreams based hote hai hamari chah se jaise aisi koi hamari chah jo hame sone nhi deti hum har waqt uske baare me sochte rehte hai. agar mere taraf se dekha jaye toh recurring Dreams sabko aane chahiye qki  Har kisi ko life me kuch achha karna chahiye aur kuch achha karne k liye dreams bhi jaroori hai qki agar hum dreams nhi dekhenge toh usse pura kaise kar payenge. Mujhe aisa lagta hai aaj hum jo bhi easy life jee rahe hai wo inventions bhi Dreams se jude hue hai jaise inventors if kuch invent karte hi nhi to aaj hum technology me itne aage nhi badh paate.
6 Sudden Enlightenment During Sleep

Kabhi Kabhi aisa hota hai ki kuch problems ka kaaran hum Nahi dundh paate aur sochte rehte hai ki uss problem se hum kaise bahar aaye. Kisi bhi cheez k baare mein jyada sochne par hamara Brain hame kuch clue deta hai.
Hum sabne school Days me periodic table k baare me toh padha hi hoga kya aapko pata hai periodic table bhi Kisi ki Dreams ki hi den Hai.
Dmitri Mendeleev sir ne periodic table create kiya tha.
Chaliye Jaante hai Dmitri jaise aur Researchers, scientists, Inventors ke baare me jinhone Apne Dreams se itna sabkuch kar Dikhaya.
